Ratings Review: BLACK-ISH (Season One)

BLACK-ISH may be this past season's most successful new comedy, both in the and outside of the ratings. I has a true fan base that is not just watching the show that airs after MODERN FAMILY, unlike a remake sitcom from CBS. I think we will see BLACKISH have a long, successful run, in the seasons to come.

In the Live+SD ratings, BLACK-ISH averaged 6.40 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in Adults 18-49, for the31 airings, including 7 encore episodes. Minus the repeats, the L+SD numbers are 7.08 million viewers and a 2.3 demo rating.

By the Live+& ratings, BLACK-ISH's audience levels rise to 9.43 million viewers (+33%) and a solid 3.3 rating (+43%) in Adults 18-49.
